How can I access my Microsoft 365 (M365) emails using browser?

Please follow the steps below to access your M365 emails using any browser.

1. Launch any browser - Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc.
2. Open this URL: https://outlook.office365.com
3. Enter your email address as a Sign-in Address
   
   
   
   
4. Enter your M365 email password
   
   
   
   
5. Approve request in your phone's Authenticator app.
   
   
   Note: If you don't have Microsoft Authenticator installed on your phone, please check this article.
   
   
6. Click "Yes" on the prompt below.
   
   
   
   
7. You should be able to sign in to your emails.
